Kokosing River Drowning Victim Identified

On June 3, 2020, The Mount Vernon Police Department received information from the Knox County Coroner’s Office that the deceased man located in the Kokosing River on May 31, 2020 has been positively identified as Jason Wayne Taylor.

Mr. Taylor’s car had been reported abandoned at the Kokosing bike trail parking lot on May 24th and he had been listed as a missing person since that time.… Read full story
