Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Must possess a minimum of five years of supervisory experience
- Must hold a valid OPOTA certification to carry a firearm and must re-certify annually
- Must be trained in defensive tactics
- Must complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of approved relevant training each year
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening; employee may be required to complete these screenings bi-annually or as requested by the Judge or Chief Probation Officer
