* At 957 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding of roads
and road closures across the area due to high water.
* Some locations that are experiencing flooding include...
Mansfield, Ashland, Mount Vernon, Lexington, Loudonville,
Fredericktown, Gambier, Bellville, Danville, Butler, Perrysville,
Lucas, Martinsburg, Mifflin, Gann, North Liberty, Bladensburg,
Shenandoah and Olivesburg.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall continues to cause flooding of
small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low
lying spots.
