Education and Experience:
3 to 5 years in construction asset management or equivalent combinations of training and experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and people skills
Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Experience with Viewpoint preferred
Knowledge of permitting and transporting construction equipment preferred
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Knowledge of Hazmat and both federal and state transportation regulations
