Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Oct 04, 2018

A representative, of Whispering Hills, advised that they had located what appeared to be marijuana in their facility. A Deputy took possession of the marijuana (one bad containing two marijuana cigarettes). The manager advised that she did not want to pursue any charges but she wanted to marijuana out of her facility. The marijuana was placed into evidence for disposal on October 2nd, 2018.
David A Daugherty Jr, of Howard, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Johnstown Police department during a traffic stop on October 3rd, 2018.
A complainant, of the 50 block of Columbus Road in Mount Vernon, advised of a missing/unruly juvenile. A report was taken and the juvenile was entered into LEADS as missing on October 4th, 2018.
Heaven Rhoades and Robert J Schaade, both of Mount Vernon, were arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault on October 3rd, 2018.
