We need 12 more kids ages 8-18 to sign up for Passport to Fishing! Our event is next Saturday, August 11 go to our website for a registration form, www.knoxcountyparks.org Each child will get a Zebco Rod and Reel and a boxed lunch from Subway. The event will be held at Wolf Run Park from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
We are looking forward to a great hands-on learning experience in fishing techniques. The young men pictured below are members of the Kokosing Valley Jr. Anglers who will be serving as group guides throughout the event. All of these bass were caught out of the Kokosing River which is well known for Smallmouth Bass.
