Amanda R Berry, of Mount Vernon, was observed by a deputy entering the lobby of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office. Berry was arrested on an active warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. During the intake search, a glass pipe with residue was discovered. Berry was additionally charged with the pipe on January 5th, 2018.
