Thirteen Found Guilty

MOUNT VERNON – Judge John Thatcher found thirteen people guilty at arraignments held at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on November 14, 2017.

Louella Chapman, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Failure to pay Income Tax Return. The Court sentenced her to a two-year probation term, serve 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, pay $100 fine plus court costs, and pay all unpaid taxes to the City of Mount Vernon.… Read full story
