was charged with fictitious plates on December 30th 2016.
Matti Vernon, 32, of Centerburg,
was cited for expired or unlawful license plates on December 31st 2016.
Jessica Elliott, 24, of Fredericktown,
was cited for expired or unlawful license plates on December 31st 2016.
Amelia Mazza, 35, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for expired or unlawful license plates on December 31st 2016.
Jeremy Morris, 28, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with drug paraphernalia offenses, drug abuse and a probation violation on January 1st 2017.
Christopher Sapp, 37, of Fredericktown,
was charged with hypodermic possession, drug abuse and arrested on an outstanding warrant on January 1st 2016.
Brandon Butler, 20, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with possessing drug abuse instrument on January 1st 2017.
Joseph Gouge, 30, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to transfer registration and expired or unlawful license plates on January 2nd 2017.
Andy Black, 39, of Howard,
was picked up under warrant on January 2nd 2017.
Stephen Ocheltree, 39, Whereabouts Unknown,
was picked up under warrant on January 2nd 2017.
Shannon Jesser, 29, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for no operator’s license on January 3rd 2017.
Emily Adams, 26, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on January 3rd 2017.
Daniel Morris, 30, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on January 3rd 2017.
