Appeals Court Affirms Conviction in Child Porn Case
On Tuesday, the Fifth District Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction of Pedro Montalvo on 18 child pornography charges. Montalvo is serving a seven-year prison sentence.

The American chestnut was once the premier forest tree in the eastern U.S. One out of every four hardwood trees was a chestnut in some areas of the Appalachian Mountains.
