Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Dec 13 – 15, 2023

December 13
• A deputy was dispatched to the area of North County Line Road, in Centerburg, on a complaint of a suspicious vehicle. The deputy arrived on the scene and located an unoccupied, disabled vehicle obstructing traffic. The deputy attempted through multiple means to contact the owner but was unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed from the location to clear the traffic hazard.
December 14
• A complainant called the Sheriff’s Office to report a fraud. Information was collected and a report was made. Nothing further at this time.
• Deputies were dispatched to North Sandusky Street in reference to a male having a warrant. The male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. While in route to the jail the male advised me that he had drugs in his socks. The drugs were located and placed into evidence for further testing. A report was taken for documentation.
December 15
• A deputy was dispatched to a crash with injury involving a deer on Coshocton Road. A report was taken for documentation.
• A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report someone hacking into their Facebook. The complainant requested a report be taken.
