Mr. Bradshaw drove away from Marshall’s Shopping Center. Mr. Bradshaw was diagnosed a year ago having Alzheimer’s and law enforcement is concerned for Mr. Bradshaw’s safety. The incident took place in Franklin County, OH on Eagle Harbor Drive in the city of Westerville 43081.
