Twenty-Nine Found Guilty in Mount Vernon Municipal Court

 

MOUNT VERNON – Twenty-Nine individuals were found guilty after arraignments and hearings that were held in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.

 

June 26, 2023
Jason Moore, 45, of Danville, was found guilty of two counts of public indecency.
Joashua Pruitt, 41, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of receiving stolen property.
Lathan Flowers, 20, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possessing or consuming alcohol under the age of 21.
James Casebolt, 43, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Kylie Adkins, 21, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Jacob Beveridge, 23, of Bellville, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Marty Champion, 57, of Olin, North Carolina, was found guilty of speeding.
Terry Lee Jr., 33, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under suspension.
Cody Ashton, driving under an OVI suspension.
Assistant Law Director, Brittany Whitney, represented the State of Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon in all cases.

Nash Cochrane, 42, of Gambier, was found guilty of criminal trespassing.
Bryan Miller, 39, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possession of marihuana and possession of marihuana paraphernalia.
Jaire Lloyd, 21, of Newark, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.
Robyn Villers, 41, of Killbuck, was found guilty of two counts of driving under an OVI suspension.
Bradley Combs, 47, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under an FRA suspension.
James Raubenheimer, 20, of Lexington, was found guilty of speeding.
Logan Hart, 21, of Howard, was found guilty of driving under suspension.
Chelsie Troyer, 32, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
Julie Shultz, 58, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under suspension due to failing to reinstate her license and expired plates.
Morgan Homman, 20, of Utica, was found guilty of speeding.

John Lowe, 42, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of disorderly conduct-public intoxication.
Joshua Strohl, 20, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse and failure to use reasonable control.
Anas Ghanim, 24, of Dublin, was found guilty of failure to yield during a left turn.
Law Director, Robert Broeren, represented the State of Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon in all cases.

 

June 30, 2023
Isaac Lucas, 25, of Sunbury, was found guilty of criminal mischief.
Owen Bey, 41, of Euclid, was found guilty of driving under suspension.
Alex Miller, 23, of Dundee, was found guilty of speeding.
Xander Cantrell, 19, of Shelby, was found guilty of speeding.
Kyle Fletcher, 31, of Utica, was found guilty of driving under an FRA suspension.
Clifford Carpenter, 66, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of speeding.
Shane Tucker, 31, of Centerburg, was found guilty of driving under an FRA suspension.
