• A complainant states that the Male subject walked away from the facility while she and another employee were giving another resident in the home a shower. The complainant states that the Male subject was last seen wearing a pair of Black shorts with a blue stripe on the side and an orange and white shirt.
• A deputy responded to the Apple Valley Town Center on a report of an individual who was experiencing a mental health crisis. A report was made.
