...ELEVATED RISK OF FIRE SPREAD TODAY...

Dry conditions are expected this afternoon into the early evening
hours, as minimum relative humidity values are expected to drop
to around 20 to 25 percent. Winds will also increase to 5 to 15
mph this afternoon. These elements combined will create an
elevated risk of fire spread today.

Residents are urged to exercise caution if handling any potential
ignition sources, such as machinery, cigarettes, or matches.
If dry grasses and tree litter begin to burn, the fire will have
the potential to spread rapidly.
