Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate any diecutter, from 48″ to 120″ large format, in accordance with prints and specifications.
Make ready clamshell diecutters using spot sheets, lick & stick spot tape.
Know gripper & guide on the printed material, and what it means.
Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Forklift Operator
Minimum 5 years diecutting and make ready experience.
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Follow all safety policies and training
Quality Inspection.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 5 YEARS DIECUTTING AND MAKE READY EXPERIENCE ON A CLAMSHELL DIECUTTER…DO NOT APPLY. YOU WILL HAVE TO DO A MAKE READY IN AN INTERVIEW, WITH “LICK AND STICK TAPE” TO BE CONSIDERED FOR HIRE.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, using power /hand tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
Work Schedule:
1st shift
7:00 am until 3:30 pm
Overtime 5:00 am until 3:30 pm
Occasional weekends

Salary: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (offer based on experience)
