Offenses

February 1
•Units were dispatched to McDonald’s, located at 111 Newark Road, for found property. A report was taken. Nothing further.

February 2
•An officer was dispatched to a theft complaint on Woodside Drive. This report will be supplemented with any new information.

•An officer was dispatched to a residential facility on Coshocton Road. A juvenile was transported and released to Juvenile Probation.

•Joseph D. Toliver was arrested at a business on South Main Street, attempting to cash a fraudulent check. Joseph was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on forgery charges. A report was filed.

February 3
•Units were out with a male at Speedway that was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Morrow County. Nothing further.

•Units responded to West High Street in reference to a domestic violence incident. A female subject was arrested and transported to jail. Nothing further at this time.

•An officer was dispatched to the apartments on Beech Street for a possible active domestic violence.

•An officer responded to East Gambier Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. Brian Hunter was subsequently issued a summons for criminal trespassing and removed from the property.

•Units were dispatched to Mount Vernon Avenue in reference to a disturbance/assault. Dispatch advised someone was there bleeding with a club. Units respond to the scene and contained the situation. A report was taken. Charges will be filed.

February 4
•Units were dispatched to a disturbance on East Pleasant Street. Upon arrival, Units discovered an underage party taking place. A report was taken.

February 5
•An officer spoke on a recorded line at the Mount Vernon Police Department to an individual in reference to a fraud. A report was taken for documentation purposes.
