February 2
•A deputy spoke with a complainant over the phone regarding a theft. The complainant stated someone had taken his bank information and used it to purchase items on amazon. A report was taken and the complainant is contacting his bank.

February 3
•A victim/complainant called to report that her ex-boyfriend trespassed at her residence. A deputy responded and made contact with the victim/complainant. She wrote a statement and a report was completed to be sent to the City Law Director for review.

•Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Toms Road in reference to an inactive burglary. The complainant stated that there was a large sum of cash stolen. A report was filed to document the incident.

•A complainant advised he was missing two dealer plates and was uncertain if they had been stolen. A report was made on the complainant’s behalf and the license plates were entered into L.E.A.D.S. as stolen/missing.

•Deputies were dispatched to Harcourt Road near Old Delaware Road in reference to a large fire. Deputies requested assistance from the city of Mount Vernon Police and Fire Department. Deputies conducted an investigation while on the scene. The incident remains under investigation.

February 4
•An individual called dispatch advising his ex-girlfriend was following him on the roadway. The complainant parked in Howard and the vehicle blocked his vehicle in the parking spot. Deputies responded and made contact with both parties. The issue was a civil issue over parenting time. They were both advised to seek legal counsel for their issues.

•A caller reported a female, who is bipolar, was acting violently and off her medication. Upon the arrival of EMS and Law Enforcement, the female was pink-slipped and transported to KCH.

•A victim/complainant called to report a domestic violence incident between him and his two sons. Deputies responded and made contact with all the parties involved. The victim/complainant’s son was arrested for domestic violence and assault.

February 5
•A complainant advised some person(s) had stolen his dump trailer and license plate which was parked on his property. A report was taken on the complainant’s behalf and the stolen items will be placed into L.E.A.D.S. as stolen.

•A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that their house on Upper Fredericktown Road was damaged by an unknown person shooting paintballs at it. A report was filed to document the incident.

•Deputies responded to a Zion Road address regarding a disturbance involving two adult males. Contact with both parties was made and the male who did not reside at the residence was asked not to come onto the property for three months. A report was made for documentation purposes.
