September 23
A Deputy was dispatched to Bladensburg on a non-injury crash. The drivers had exchanged information and a report was taken. Nothing Further.

September 24
Dispatch advised of a civil issue concerning personal property.

The Howard Post Office reported someone appeared to tamper with a mail receptacle in Apple Valley. The caller also reported no damage to the receptacle or any unauthorized access to the receptacle had been gained. A report was taken of the incident and an investigation by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office is ongoing.

Deputies apprehended a male on the 200 block of Crystal Avenue on an outstanding warrant. The male, Thomas Jacob. “TJ” Carpenter, was then transported to the Knox County Jail and released to jail staff.

September 25
Deputies were dispatched to Wooster Road on a report of a domestic violence issue.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Wooster Road on a possible prowler. A complainant called 911 stating that individuals dressed as clowns were knocking on their door and attempting to gain entry into the residence. Statements and photographs were collected on scene and a report was written.
