Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac of Mount Vernon is looking to hire an experienced full-time Service Advisor. We are a rapidly growing dealership and need experienced, dedicated employees to help us meet our goals. We believe in a positive environment, teamwork, and a hands on approach to provide our employees with what is needed to be successful.
Job Responsibilities would include:
- Taking care of customers when entering service department
- Making appointments for customer repairs
- Provide customer with accurate estimate for repairs
- Explaining work performed or recommended at time of delivery
- Writing up repair orders & getting to dispatcher in timely manner
- Communicate with parts consultants to determine pricing and availability on parts needed
- Communicate with service techs on necessary repairs and details regarding work needing performed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid Drivers license
GM experience preferred but not required
Must be punctual and dependable
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
