Mount Vernon Mancan has partnered with a local Assisted Living Facility who are in need of a Dietary Aide/Cook’s Assistant to join their team on 1st shift.
Duties will include:
- preparing meals, snacks, and beverages following specific procedures and/or limitations/restrictions regarding specific diets for residents
- cleaning kitchen and washing dishes
- light meal prep, plating food, pouring drinks
- serving meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are being followed
- documenting information required by the Health Department
- all other duties as needed
This position pays $12/HR with weekly pay and does not require any cooking experience. The schedule will change depending on which position you will be needed for the most, either dietary aide or cook assistant. You will work 3-4 days per week and every other weekend. Hours would be 5:30 am-1:30 pm on some days, and 6:30 am-2:30 pm on other days, this will change as needed. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.
