A Victim stated that he had been a victim of an assault. After an investigation, it was fount that Melvin Yoder and Delana Rowland, both of Mount Vernon, did assault the victim by their own admission. Both Yoder and Rowland were arrested for assault and domestic violence on August 18th, 2020.
