Yesterday, a resident witnessed an act of illegal dumping and quickly responded by documenting the scene.
They were concerned that the trash would be washed downstream by the rain that is expected later today. We greatly appreciate it when residents get involved in keeping our waterways free of litter. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office and the ODNR Wildlife Officer were contacted about this matter.
