Starting Point Plans Reopening

Starting Point is moving ahead with a phased reopening plan. Beginning Monday, May 4th the staff and select volunteers will return to get organized and formalize ongoing risk-management procedures before re-opening the Center to the public on Monday, May 18th.

We have continued offering high-risk clients pregnancy tests and ultrasounds on a case by case basis throughout the past 6 weeks and will continue to do so until formally re-opened.
In addition, a number of Start Here volunteers have continued mentoring their clients in a virtual format.

If you have not already done so, I invite you to please visit KnoxStartingPoint.com/VirtualBanquet to stream the 2020 fundraising presentation. Carla Swallow, local mother and MVNU Professor shares a powerful testimony of her unexpected pregnancy and the life-giving choice of adoption. You will also hear testimonies of our own Starting Point women in the Kokosing River Productions film, “You Belong.”
