Recent fraud attempt; A local citizen received a phone saying he had an outstanding warrant. They requested he pay for a bond on the warrant using a Visa prepaid card. He did not complete the payment and immediately reported the attempt. Anytime you are requested to use prepaid cards it is a fraud.
