We kicked off Fire Prevention Week yesterday at the Annual Trunk or Treat over at the Fredericktown United Methodist Church. While the weather didn’t cooperate in the afternoon, it sure didn’t slow down the number of people we got to talk with.
We handed out fire helmets, badges, safety information, talked about the fire department, talked with children about various fire safety pieces, and showed them around Rescue 415 while we were there. It was a great day getting to meet new people and be out in our community. Thank you to everyone that put the event on.
