Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Apr 29, 2019

A vhicle was found on Martinsburg Road near Bell Church Road that was on fire. The fire department extinguished the flames and Deputies arrived on scene. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Licking County. The vehicle owner was contacted and the truck was impounded on April 29th, 2019.

Stephen Osborn, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on April 28th, 2019.

A blue BMW that was North Acland Street, in Gambier,  was observed to be blocking half of the two-way street. The vehicle was impounded for blocking the roadway on April 27th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 400 block of Ridgeland Road in Howard, advised that he was assaulted and threatened with a weapon. Jacob Donalon, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for aggravated menacing and assault and Jamie Parker, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for assault on April 27th, 2019.

A clear baggie of a white substance was given to a Deputy by a Kenyon Security Officer. The baggie was found on the ground at the summer send off concert. The baggie had an unknown substance inside of it and it was placed into evidence for distruction at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on April 26th, 2019.
