Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Apr 10, 2019

A vehicle was stopped for a moving violation on Millersburg Road with three occupants. The driver, Joshua Jacobs of Mount Vernon,was driving without a driver’s license. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and several drug related items were seized. Jacobs was drug-related drug abuse instruments and also received a citation for driving without a license. The front seat passenger, McKenzie Roush of Stewart, OH, who was also the owner of the vehicle, was given a citation for wrongful entrustment. The rear passenger, Brischeau Lang of Mount Vernon, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Lang was also in possession of other substances which require further investigation. All subjects were released with citations on April 10th, 2019.
