KNOX COUNTY COMPOST FACILITY: Due to the high winds that were experienced this weekend in Knox County, the Compost Facility located at 7425 Thayer Rd in Mt. Vernon will be open today Monday, February 25 from 8 am – 4 pm and Tuesday, February 26th from 8 am – 4 pm.
