Nathaniel C Masten, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on February 14th, 2019.
Samuel S Yoder, of Danville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on February 14th, 2019.
A complainant, of the 18000 block of Schultz Road in Fredericktown, reported hearing two gunshots early on the morning on February 14th, 2019. Later, he observed two holes in the siding of his house that appeared to be from a bullet of a small caliber firearm.
A victim, of the 700 block of North Sandusky Street, reported that their mail had been stolen.
A victim, of the 500 block of North Catherine Street in Mount Vernon, stated that on February 13th, 2019 between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM on February 14th, 2019, he believes that he lost his wallet in the rear parking lot of his apartment building. Unknown person(s) used his debit card at First Knox National Bank in Centerburg and withdrew money from his account.
