Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
In an effort to provide our students with a consistent and quality education, we will now be in session on President’s Day, which is Monday, February 18th. This is one of the previous board approved makeup days. This decision is based on the fact that we have missed a total of 8 days due to snow or ice, with 7 of those days being in the second semester. Hopefully, this will also avoid any conflicts with commitments made for spring break. But, please be aware that this does not totally eliminate the potential of having to make up days over spring break if we have more than two additional snow days. As we all know the weather in February and March can be a challenge.
