Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Nov 15, 2018

A complainant, of the 11000 block of Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon,l advised that James D Stone, of Mount Vernon, was at the Knox County Jail visiting an inmate. Stone was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested for the active warrant and turned over to the Knox County Jail on November 14th, 2018.
A complainant of the 500 block of Ohio Avenue in Mount Vernon, advised that his friend had seen his daughter walking down the road. His friend picked the girl up and stated that she was not acting normal and needed to be checked out. A squad was dispatched to check her out and cleared her at the scene. An arrest was made of Haley N Bower, of Mount Vernon, for a probation violation and she was taken to the Knox County Jail on November 14th, 2018.
