Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Oct 23, 2018

A complainant, of the 600 block of Crestrose Drive in Danville, reported that his trash can was taken from his property along with all the trash inside of it. The complainant contacted the trash service and they stated that they did not take the trash can and if he wanted a replacement can he would need a police report. The incident occurred on October 19th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 60 block of Columbus Road in Mount Vernon, advised that she and Anna M Tucker, of Mount Vernon, had a disagreement over custody of a dog. During which Tucker arrived at their home after being told not to and proceeded to kick the door causing damage. Tucker was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and criminal damaging on October 22nd, 2018.

Deputies were dispatched on a disturbance call with a gun involved. A complainant, of the 16000 block of Proper Road in Mount Vernon, advised that her boyfriend and father began to fight in the driveway. Witness statements were taken and Colt Conley, of Mansfield, was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail on October 22nd, 2018.

A complainant called the 911 stating his neighbor’s bulls were out and on his property. Numerous called of service have been made in regards to the animals in the past. The owner was issued a summons and given a court date on October 23rd, 2018.
