The loose leaf drop off area will open to accept leaves as of Friday, October 19, 2018. The drop off area is located at Ariel-Foundation Park; use the west entrance just north of 400 Harcourt Road. The hours will be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
For those wishing to dispose of leaves on Saturdays, they should be taken to the Knox County Landfill site on Thayer Rd., located off of S.R. 36, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The drop off area is for loose leaves only. All bags or other containers must be removed from the area after they are emptied.
