A victim, of the 4000 block of White Road in Centerburg, called 911 stating that his son was out of control and that he was threatening to burn down the house. Adam M Saunders was found to have an active warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Saunders was arrested for the warrant and charged with aggravated menacing on August 10th, 2018.

A traffic stop was conducted when a deputy observed Jessica Adkin’s vehicle cross over the center double line. Adkins was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested on August 11th, 2018.

Deputies were dispatched to Mohican Reservation on a fight and were advised that one subject had been choked out. When the deputies arrived, the victims refused to press charges. Edward E Cary, of Mentor, was placed under arrest after slamming his head on the cage of the patrol cruiser causing him to bleed, spitting blood on deputies and attempting to kick, pinch and bite the deputies on August 11th, 2018.

A complainant of the 26000 block of New Guilford Road in Bladensburg, advised that he had found some items in his yard that he felt was taken from someone’s vehicle. The complainant advised that the items he had found belonged to the neighbors that lived behind him. A separate report was written on August 11th, 2018.

A victim, of the 100 block of Maple Leaf Drive in Johnstown, advised that the passenger side windown on her vehicle had been broken out by person(s) unknown but nothing was taken. A piece of concrete was used to break the window which happened sometime between 11:00 PM Saturday, August 11th and 9:00 AM on Sunday, August 12th, 2018 was found next to the vehicle.

A victim, of the 3000 block of Elderbury Alley in Bladensburg, advised that sometime between 11:00 PM August 11th and 9:00 AM on August 12th unknown person(s) broke out her passenger side window and removed a tote bag; which was recovered by a neighbor.

David M Banks, of Mount Vernon, was charged with using weapons while intoxicated and arrested on OVI on August 12th, 2018.

Zachary H Antonetz, of Zanesville, was observed driving a vehicle near Martinsburg, weaving and crossing the center double yellow line. A traffic stop wasw conduced on the vehicle. Antonetz was found to be impaired after faling a field sobriety test and suspected drugged driving. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed hashish, marijuana and several items of marijuana paraphernalia. Antonetz was arrested for OVI on August 13th, 2018.
