Restaurant Servers are the Key to success at Landoll’s Mohican Castle’s Copper Mug Bar and Grille. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, we pride ourselves on our Gordon Ramsay designed menu and fine dining in a casual environment. Must be able to suggestive sell, sever guests and make sure guest leave satisfied and happy. Most of our menu items are in the high price range which yields higher tips. Must be able to work late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. We are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Servers are responsible for side work and this includes maintaining a clean work environment and restaurant space. Must be willing to lift 20 lbs and stand on their feet for long periods of time. Pitches in, along with the rest of the staff, to maintain sanitary conditions and organization in the server side station and Kitchen. Clears and re-sets tables for the next guest and make own drinks as needed. On the Job Training provided. One part-time and one full-time position available. Our menu prices are higher than most restaurants and the tips tend to be higher too. Depending on the quality of service given, most servers will average $15/ hour.
