Knox County 9-1-1 is accepting applications
for the Position of Part-time Public Safety Communications
Technician.
The applicant will be responsible for the answering
and handling of 9-1-1 and other emergency calls as well as
county-wide public safety radio
communications.
Requires a high school diploma/GED, acceptable
criminal background and driving record and above average
to high proficiency with modern technology.
Prior dispatching or public safety experience is
preferred.
Starting salary $12.00/hr.
