David A Darr, of Butler, was observed leaving a parking space at the Knox County Fairgrounds then began operating his vehicle in a reckless manner. He was stopped and found to have an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Darr was issued a summons for possessing an open container of alcohol on July 24th, 2018.
While investigating a complaint that Evan Posey, of Howard, had struck a vendor sign and knocked it off the bracket, Posey began using profanity and refused to cooperate with officers. He was arrested for underage consumption, possession of drugs, and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Posey was given a summons for possession of marijuana and transported to the Knox County Jail on July 25th, 2018.
