Suspicious vehicle – 200 block Middle Street.
Assisted Emergency Squad – 200 block East Walnut Street.
Civil issue in the area of North Street.

Apr 13
A South Market Street business reported several gas drive-offs ($10 – $46 – $18 – $34 – $25) which had taken place over a recent period of time.
Suspicious vehicle – South Market Street.
Traffic complaint of motorist improper use of turn signals – South Market Street.
Bradlee C. Neitzelt age 26 of Wooster was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Holmes County and transported to jail. Neitzelt committed violations in the presence of the arresting officer and will be charged with falsification/misleading a public official, obstruction of official business and assault/taunting a police dog.

Business alarm drop – South Market Street.
Assisted outside police agency by attempting to locate a vehicle for the agency.
Officer discovered unsecured building – East Main Street.
Traffic complaint of a motorist failing to use turn signals – South Market Street.
Logan Annett age 22 of Bellville was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension.
Tyler Derrick age 26 of Walhonding was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension. Derrick was also issued citations for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two separate traffic complaints of vehicle speeding – West Rambo Street.
Traffic complaint of vehicle speeding – South Market Street.
Animal-related call in the area of North Street.
