Officer observed an adult male walking very unsteady on the wrong side of roadway along Danville-Amity Road in the area of Rodmick Street. Officer spoke w/male checking on welfare due to walking unsteadily. Subsequently, the male was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. The incident is under investigation.
