A complainant, of the 17000 block of Glen Road in Gambier, advised that someone cut the wires and took the fuses out of his tractor while it was sitting on Club Drive in Mount Vernon on March 8th, 2018.
Bill E Hines, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on March 22nd, 2018.
