Acting on a tip, Knox County Adult Court Services took Conard Ferenbaugh into custody at a rural residence near Danville this morning with the assistance of Knox County Sheriff’s Office detectives.
Ferenbaugh had absconded prior to being sentenced on a community control violation and a charge of Having Weapons Under Disability (F3). Also taken into custody at the address on Weber Road was Braylyn Metcalfe-Daum, age 21. She was arrested on a warrant from the Knox County Common Pleas Court for an allegation that she violated the terms of her pre-trial release agreement.
Hearings for both will be scheduled at a later date. The Danville Police Department assisted in transporting Mr. Ferenbaugh to the Knox County Jail.
