Anthony Ferrell, 35, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with receiving stolen property on May 7th 2017.
Johnathon Llewellyn, 19, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on July 6th 2017.
Melissa Taylor, 45, of Utica,
was charged with theft on July 8th 2017.
Beverly Trowbridge, 53, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct on July 10th 2017.
Helen Smith, 70, of Fredericktown,
was cited for drive on road/duty to yield on July 11th 2017.
Tyler Marshall, 26, of Brinkhaven,
was charged with with drug paraphernalia offenses on July 11th 2017.
Jesse Edmunson, 17, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for running a stop sign on July 12th 2017.
Brandy Butcher, 39, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with criminal trespass on July 12th 2017.
Logan Kimbrell, 22, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for exhaust system required on July 12th 2017.
Larry Styers, 71, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for starting and backing vehicles on July 12th 2017.
Brian Hess, 49, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with criminal damaging on July 12th 2017.
Nola Smith, 43, of Grove City,
was cited for for expired or unlawful license plates on July 13th 2017.
