A special free showing of the animated film “Monster Trucks” (PG) will be held on Thursday, June 15, 10:00 a.m. at Premier Theaters UEC, 11535 Upper Gilchrist Rd, for children who have participated in the “Build a Better World” Summer Reading Program hosted by the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County.
The event will be open to children through sixth grade and their families, from the main library in Mount Vernon, Fredericktown Community Library, Danville Public Library and the Gambier Community Library. Costumes are welcome.
All theaters will be available to show the same film in the event of a large turnout.
