Probation Officer Joel Carter, Chief Probation Officer David Priest and 15 Supervised Community Service Program participants celebrated Earth Day by removing trash and debris from the Kokosing River embankment and woods. The group started at Arch Park and finished just east of South Norton Street, in Mount Vernon. The City’s ATV provided by Mid-Ohio Suzuki/Honda/Yamaha/Kawasaki made the job much easier.
