Raymond Williams, 46, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with with possessing drug abuse instrument and open container on March 30th 2017.

Amanda Berry, 30, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with illegal conveyance of drugs on March 30th 2017.

Matthew Knipp, 31, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on March 30th 2017.

Bethany Dowell, 24, of Centerburg,
was charged with with possessing drug abuse instrument on March 30th 2017.

Janice Rattliff, 23, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for no operator’s license on March 31st 2017.

Rachel Hays, 34, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with with possessing drug abuse instrument on March 31st 2017.

Tracy Hambleton, 40, of Brinkhaven,
was cited for fictitious plates on March 31st 2017.
