Heather M. Mele, of Mount Vernon, was arrested by Utica Police Department on a failure to appear out of Knox County. Mele was transported to the Knox County Jail on January 2nd 2017.
A victim, of the 1000 block of Coshocton Avenue in Mount Vernon, reported that unknown person(s) took $40.00 cash from one of her clients personal money on December 30th 2016.
Matthew R. Harrell, of Mount Vernon, was arrested during an active domestic violence call on January 1st 2017.
