An initial round of strong thunderstorms with damaging wind, small hail, and heavy rain are expected early this morning, between 6 and 10 AM, mainly across extreme Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania. A second round of strong thunderstorms are possible this afternoon, mainly between 2 and 10 PM associated with a cold front across much of the area.
