In this multi-faceted position, you will lead multiple areas within the department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the hourly payroll process.  Grow and develop your staff, as you grow and develop your career.

This position is ideal for someone who is:

  • Knowledgeable – in financial guidelines and regulations with a strong payroll background
  • Skilled – in financial analysis and MS Office, including V-lookup, pivot tables, and filtering functions in Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study required
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and a self-directed mindset required
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 years of accounting or finance related experience required
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of previous payroll experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of supervision experience in accounts payable and receivable preferred
  • SAP accounting module experience preferred
  • Familiarity with large manufacturing or industrial environments and/or gas compression industry preferred
