Client Onboarding Coordinator

Support a world-class client onboarding experience by working with clients, sales consultants, and account managers to collect business information and use that information to optimize business listings across the internet.

Essential Duties

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients and members of sales team
  • Collect, review, and verify business information related to clients
  • Claim and optimize business listings on online directories
  • Collaborate with account managers on client onboarding tasks

  • Regular and consistent attendance

Education & Experience

  • Associates Degree in a related field such as marketing, business, or communications; or 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience in customer service roles

Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Salesforce

Work hours: 11 am – 8 pm, Monday – Friday
